Exhibiting in Dubai is operationally demanding. DWTC build-up windows can be as short as 12–48 hours depending on the hall and show type, venue contractor approvals add coordination layers, and logistics costs across multiple UAE events compound fast. Over nine years of delivering booths at events like Gulfood, Arab Health, and Beautyworld Middle East, our team has observed one consistent pattern: brands that invest in a well-designed modular system reduce their per-event booth cost by 40–60% by their third exhibition.

Yes. Modular aluminium and SEG fabric systems are fully compliant with DWTC regulations. Booth Xperts is a registered DWTC contractor. We manage all contractor ID card requirements, loading dock bookings, and venue coordination on your behalf.
For a standard 9–18 sqm modular stand, installation takes 4–8 hours with our 2-person crew. A 36 sqm island modular booth typically requires 10–14 hours. This fits within most DWTC build-up windows, including overnight access slots.
SEG fabric graphic panels are removed from the aluminium frame and replaced with new prints. This takes 20–45 minutes per panel and requires no tools. New graphics are typically produced within 5–7 working days of artwork sign-off at our Dubai facility.
Yes. We offer post-event storage at our Dubai warehouse. Your booth is dismantled, labelled, and stored in racking. Before each new event, components are inspected, cleaned, and prepared for reinstallation. Storage fees are available on request.
For a new modular booth with standard configurations, our typical lead time is 3–4 weeks from design sign-off to delivery at venue. For repeat events using an existing system, lead time is 1–2 weeks for graphic updates and preparation.
