Stands that are not ready by show opening are not permitted to begin installation once visitor access begins — you must wait until the next available build window, which is typically the following evening. Do you provide installation services for stands you did not fabricate?
Yes. We provide installation-only services for stands fabricated by other companies or shipped from international suppliers. We require approved structural drawings and a full components manifest at least five working days before the installation date.
What are the dismantling penalties at DWTC and ADNEC?
Both venues impose per-hour penalty charges for stands not cleared within the allocated dismantling window. At DWTC, late clearance fees are charged against the exhibiting company's deposit and can range from AED 500 to AED 2,000 per hour depending on the hall and show organiser.
