Exhibition stand installation and dismantling in Dubai is the professional on-site process of assembling a fully designed booth structure, integrating electrical systems and branding, and safely breaking down and clearing the stand after the event — all within the strict build windows and compliance requirements set by UAE exhibition venues including Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC), Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC), and Expo City Dubai.
For most exhibitors, this is where exhibitions are won or lost. A stand that installs late misses opening hours. A stand that dismantles late incurs venue penalties. And a stand that fails a venue safety inspection on setup day does not open at all.
Our Latest Porfolio
From concept to installation, explore our portfolio of high-impact exhibition stands delivered for trade shows worldwide.
Installation windows at DWTC depend on stand size and the specific show. Standard custom stands up to 36 sqm are typically allocated 12 to 16 hours. Double decker stands and large custom builds receive 24 to 48 hours. We confirm exact build windows with DWTC operations at the time of project booking and plan crew deployment accordingly.
Stands that are not ready by show opening are not permitted to begin installation once visitor access begins — you must wait until the next available build window, which is typically the following evening. This is why timeline management during installation is critical. Our planning process is specifically designed to eliminate this risk.
Yes. We provide installation-only services for stands fabricated by other companies or shipped from international suppliers. We require approved structural drawings and a full components manifest at least five working days before the installation date.
Both venues impose per-hour penalty charges for stands not cleared within the allocated dismantling window. At DWTC, late clearance fees are charged against the exhibiting company's deposit and can range from AED 500 to AED 2,000 per hour depending on the hall and show organiser. We plan dismantling crew deployment to ensure full clearance at least one hour before deadline.
Yes. We provide full on-site representation for international exhibitors — including progress photography, venue authority liaison, and final sign-off confirmation — without requiring your team to be physically present during the build or breakdown.
Yes. Our installation team operates across all UAE venues including ADNEC in Abu Dhabi and Expo Centre Sharjah. For GCC shows in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Kuwait, we coordinate with approved local contractors and provide UAE-based project management throughout.
