Our exhibition graphics and printing services in Dubai are the right fit if you are:
We are not a general print shop that occasionally takes exhibition orders. Exhibition graphics and booth branding is the entirety of what we do. That specificity matters. When a Beautyworld Middle East exhibitor came to us 72 hours before move-in because their previous printer had delivered graphics with incorrect CMYK values — colours that looked nothing like their brand — we reprinted and installed the full stand overnight. That is not a story we tell to impress anyone. It is just what the exhibition environment requires sometimes, and we are built for it.
Nine years of working specifically in Dubai's exhibition circuit means we know which DWTC halls have problematic ambient lighting, which organiser deadlines are genuinely hard stops and which have flex, and which substrate choices will cause problems at installation that look fine in a print studio. That knowledge is built into every quote and every production decision we make.
Our Latest Porfolio
From concept to installation, explore our portfolio of high-impact exhibition stands delivered for trade shows worldwide.
We accept print-ready files in PDF, AI, or EPS format. Files must be supplied in CMYK colour mode, at a minimum resolution of 100 DPI at full print size, with 3mm bleed on all sides and all fonts converted to outlines. If your artwork is not print-ready, our design team can prepare or adapt it for an additional fee.
Exhibition printing costs in Dubai vary by material, size, quantity, and finishing. As a general guide, standard vinyl large-format printing starts from approximately AED 25–45 per square metre. Fabric dye-sublimation printing ranges from AED 55–95 per square metre. Lightbox backlit film panels and full installation packages are priced on project scope. We provide itemised quotes within 24 hours of receiving your brief.
Our standard production turnaround is 48–72 hours from artwork approval. Rush production in 24 hours is available for select materials and sizes. For full stand branding projects including design, print, and installation, we recommend allowing 7–10 working days from initial briefing to show-ready delivery.
Resolution requirements depend on viewing distance. For graphics viewed from 1–2 metres (pull-up banners, counter graphics, lightbox panels) we recommend 150–300 DPI at full size. For large backdrop panels and wall graphics viewed from 3 metres or more, 72–100 DPI at full size is sufficient and produces sharp results. Submitting artwork at 300 DPI at full scale for a 4×3 metre backdrop creates unnecessarily large file sizes — we can advise on the optimal specification for each element.
Yes. We work to Pantone-matched CMYK values and calibrate our production printers against your brand colour standards before running full production. For clients with strict brand guidelines, we provide a physical colour proof on the specified substrate before final print approval.
