INDEX Dubai 2027

INDEX Dubai 2027 Dates, Venue & Event Details

INDEX Dubai 2027 will take place from 1–3 June 2027 at Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC), Dubai, UAE, with published opening hours of 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM each day. Organised by dmg events, INDEX brings together the interior design, furniture, fit-out, architecture and commercial interiors community, connecting global suppliers with designers, architects, developers, procurement professionals and other industry buyers.

What Is INDEX Dubai 2027?

INDEX is a long-running trade exhibition for the interiors and design industry in the Middle East. The event has operated since 1987 and is designed to connect international manufacturers and suppliers with professionals involved in specifying, designing, sourcing and delivering residential, hospitality, retail and commercial spaces.

The current INDEX programme covers 10 product sectors: Furniture, Furnishing Fabrics, Design & Fit-out, Lighting, Décor & Homeware, Kitchen & Bathroom, Surfaces & Flooring, Home Automation, Architectural Hardware and Modular Structures.

Alongside product sourcing, INDEX includes industry content such as INDEX Design Talks, where topics for 2027 include cultural identity, wellbeing, sustainability, storytelling, AI-driven innovation and future cities.

INDEX Dubai 2027 Dates, Venue & Opening Hours

INDEX Dubai 2027 is scheduled for:

Dates: Tuesday, 1 June to Thursday, 3 June 2027
Opening Hours: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
Venue: Dubai World Trade Centre, Dubai, UAE

The organiser also confirms that WORKSPACE and The Hotel Show Dubai will run alongside INDEX on the same dates at DWTC, allowing professionals working across interiors, workplace design and hospitality to visit related exhibitions during the same trip.

Specific INDEX hall and entrance assignments were not confirmed in the official sources reviewed, so visitors should check the event website closer to the show.

INDEX Dubai 2027 Visitor Registration & Exhibitor Booking

Visitor Registration

INDEX Dubai states that the event is free to attend, but visitors must register online before arrival. Entry is restricted to trade professionals aged 18 or above.

At the time of verification, full 2027 online visitor registration was not yet live. The official website currently provides a registration-reminder option, with users able to sign up to receive an email when registration opens.

Exhibitor and Stand-Space Booking

Companies planning to exhibit should submit an exhibiting enquiry directly through INDEX. Exhibition-space sales and allocation are handled through the organiser's exhibiting team; Booth Xperts does not allocate official INDEX floor space. The organiser currently provides dedicated sales contacts for exhibiting and sponsorship enquiries.

Once stand space, dimensions and open sides are confirmed by the organiser, exhibitors can then begin stand design, technical planning and fabrication.

INDEX Dubai 2027 Exhibitors & Product Sectors

A final verified INDEX Dubai 2027 exhibitor directory was not publicly confirmed in the official sources reviewed, so individual company names should not be treated as confirmed 2027 participants yet.

What is confirmed is the range of sectors INDEX is targeting, including furniture, furnishing fabrics, fit-out solutions, lighting, décor, kitchen and bathroom products, surfaces and flooring, automation, architectural hardware and modular structures.

The official event website should be used for the latest exhibitor-directory updates as the show approaches.

INDEX Dubai 2027 Tickets, Entry & Visitor Requirements

INDEX currently states that attendance is free for trade professionals. Online registration is required, and visitors under 18 are not permitted to enter.

Because registration arrangements can change before June 2027, visitors should reconfirm admission requirements on the official INDEX website before travelling.

Who Should Visit INDEX Dubai 2027?

INDEX is particularly relevant to professionals who specify, purchase or influence interior products and solutions.

The organiser identifies audiences including:

• Interior designers
• Architects
• Retailers
• Distributors
• Procurement leaders
• Fit-out professionals
• Specifiers
• Project owners
• Developers
• High-net-worth homeowners

The event is therefore relevant both to professionals sourcing individual products and to teams working on larger hospitality, residential, commercial and retail projects.

Exhibiting at INDEX Dubai 2027: What to Expect

INDEX is a visually driven interiors exhibition, so exhibitors need more than a logo wall and reception counter.

Furniture and décor brands may require open product-display zones with clear sightlines. Lighting companies may need controlled product illumination and electrical planning. Surface, flooring and furnishing-fabric suppliers often need organised sample displays, while automation brands may require powered demonstrations, screens or integrated technology displays.

Meeting areas can also be useful for conversations with architects, interior designers, distributors and procurement teams attending with live project requirements.

Planning Your Visit to INDEX Dubai 2027

Dubai World Trade Centre is located on Sheikh Zayed Road and is directly served by the World Trade Centre Metro Station, making the Dubai Metro one of the simplest public-transport options for visitors. DWTC also provides taxi access, private-car access and multiple parking facilities.

Visitors attending more than one co-located exhibition should allow enough time to move between halls and prioritise suppliers or sectors before arrival.

Our Exhibition Stand Experience in Dubai

Booth Xperts states that it has completed 700+ booth projects across 300+ trade shows, including exhibition work associated with Dubai World Trade Centre and INDEX Dubai. Its website also lists experience across major UAE events including Arab Health and Beautyworld Middle East.

INDEX Dubai 2027 Exhibitor Planning Checklist

Before sending a stand brief to a designer or fabricator, INDEX exhibitors should confirm:

• Final stand dimensions and location
• Number of open sides
• Product sizes and display quantities
• Required meeting or hospitality areas
• Sample-storage requirements
• Screens, AV or interactive demonstrations
• Lighting and electrical requirements
• Final logos, graphics and brand assets
• Organizer technical deadlines
• Required design or technical approvals
• Official move-in and installation schedule

For an interiors event such as INDEX, particular attention should be given to materials, lighting, product sightlines and visitor circulation, because the stand itself becomes part of how visitors experience the brand and its design capability.
