Booth Xperts didn't grow out of a design agency or a logistics company. We grew out of real exhibition experience — watching brands lose footfall because their stand blended into the background, seeing last-minute builds fall apart because no one owned the process end-to-end, and understanding that what looks good in a render has to actually work at 7am on move-in day at DWTC Hall 8.

That's the reality we build for. Not the ideal version of an exhibition — the real one.

What We Actually Do

We are a full-service exhibition stand construction company in Dubai. That means we don't hand off your project halfway through — we own it from the first conversation to the moment we hand you your stand.

• 3D Concept & Design
  Every project starts with a proper brief — your brand, your floor space, your goals, and what you want a visitor to feel when they walk in. From that, our design team builds a detailed 3D concept. No templates, no recycled layouts. What you approve is what gets built.
• In-House Fabrication
  We fabricate in-house in Dubai. That matters because it means we control quality, timelines, and last-minute changes without depending on a third party. When something needs adjusting two days before move-in, we can actually do something about it.
• Venue Approvals & Technical Compliance
  DWTC, ADNEC, and Dubai Expo City each have their own organiser requirements — structural drawings, electrical load specs, rigging permissions, fire-retardant material certifications. We handle all of it. You don't need to know the difference between a DWTC Technical Form and an ADNEC contractor pass — we do.
• On-Site Installation & Event Support
  Our build team is on the ground at your venue. We don't send subcontractors who've never seen your design. The same people who built your stand install it, which means problems get spotted and fixed fast — not discovered by you on move-in morning.
• Dismantling & Storage
  Once your show ends, we handle the break-down. If you exhibit regularly in Dubai, we can store your stand assets between shows — no need to rebuild from scratch every time.
